A refundable security deposit is required for most rentals, calculated as a percentage of the equipment's value. It's refunded in full within 7 working days of equipment return, provided there's no damage beyond normal wear and tear.
For addresses in Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon and Faridabad, we deliver and set up equipment within 24-48 hours of order confirmation. Bulk orders for events may need 3-5 days' notice.
Normal wear and tear is covered under your rental. Accidental damage is assessed against the security deposit; anything beyond the deposit is billed at cost. Report any issue immediately so we can swap the unit with minimal downtime.
