A Sector 63, Noida warehouse that started with a few dozen laptops has grown into equipment rental coverage across Delhi NCR — the address hasn't changed, and neither has the reasoning behind it.
Our Story
TechRentalHub started in 2014 out of a single warehouse unit in Sector 63, Noida, with a stock of a few dozen laptops and desktops and a simple premise: most businesses in Delhi NCR don't actually want to own IT equipment, they want it to work when they need it and disappear when they don't. Noida's mix of manufacturing units, IT campuses and a constant churn of new offices meant that premise held up quickly — what began as laptop rentals for a nearby training institute grew into a full equipment catalogue within a few years.
Over the following decade the fleet grew well past laptops and desktops, into UPS systems, servers, projectors and CCTV, and our delivery radius grew with it — from a handful of Noida sectors to all of Delhi NCR, covering six cities and the business districts within them. What hasn't changed is the address: we're still based out of Sector 63, still a short drive from some of our earliest customers, and still running the business on the same principle — keep the fleet in good condition, answer the phone, and show up when we say we will.
What We Believe
Most IT equipment spends more of its life depreciating in a cupboard than being used for the reason it was bought — a laptop fleet sized for peak headcount, a server bought for a project that shipped, a projector that comes out twice a year. We think that's a bad trade for most businesses, and it's the reason we exist: keep a well-maintained fleet moving between the businesses that need it for a month, a quarter or a year, instead of asking every business in Delhi NCR to buy and depreciate its own copy of the same hardware.
