Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 July 2026. These terms apply to every equipment rental agreement placed with TechRentalHub Pvt. Ltd. through this website, phone or email.
Rental Agreement Basics
A rental order is confirmed once we've agreed equipment, quantity, duration, delivery location and pricing in writing (email or a signed order form). The minimum rental period, security deposit and delivery timeline vary by equipment category and are detailed on the relevant product page or in your quote.
Payment Terms
Rental charges are invoiced in advance for the agreed term unless otherwise agreed in writing for corporate accounts on standing arrangements. All invoices are GST-compliant.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit applies to most rentals, calculated as a percentage of the equipment's value. It is refunded within 7 working days of equipment return, provided there is no damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Damage & Loss Policy
Normal wear and tear is covered under your rental. Accidental damage is assessed against the security deposit; costs beyond the deposit are billed at cost. Lost or stolen equipment is billed at full replacement value.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once equipment has been delivered, standard rental terms apply for the period it was in your possession.
Limitation of Liability
TechRentalHub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from equipment downtime, beyond the replacement remedies described in our service commitments.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh having jurisdiction.
